There are two methods by which we print items...
Vinyl transfers
This method is ideal for applying a design, logo or slogan
to a t-shirt in up to 3 colours.
We would need a copy of your design to see if it would be
suitable for vinyl transfer.
We would create line-art is from your design, cut the
transfers using a computerised cutter, manually remove the waste vinyl to reveal
the design and finally apply the transfer to the t-shirt.
The finish on the t-shirt is of the highest quality. The
transfer is soft, feels like part of the fabric and gives great washability. In
our view this gives a higher quality finish than a screen-print. The transfer
should last longer than the t-shirt itself.
Ink jet Transfers
We would use this method where the vinyl transfer method
was not appropriate. This maybe where you want a photograph printed. This method
would involve taking your artwork, printing it onto transfer paper via ink jet,
cutting away any excess transfer paper not required for the design and finally
applying the transfer to the t-shirt.
The finish on the t-shirt is of good quality although not
of the same quality as vinyl transfer. The ink we use for these transfers is
water proof and fade resistant.
T-Shirt styles
As standard for short-sleeved t-shirts we use Gildan
Ultra-Cotton heavyweight t-shirts.
- 100% cotton pre-shrunk jersey
- Seamless collar
- Double needle topstitched neckline
- Taped neck and shoulders
- Double stitched sleeve & waist hem
- Quarter turned body to eliminate centre crease
- Weight 175/185 grams per square meter
As standard for long-sleeved t-shirts we use Gildan
Ultra-Cotton T Long Sleeve t-shirts.
- 100% cotton pre-shrunk jersey
- Seamless collar
- Double needle topstitched neckline
- Taped neck and shoulders
- Double stitched sleeve & waist hem
- Quarter turned body to eliminate centre crease
- Weight 200/205 grams per square meter
There are other t-shirts available but these will incur an
additional charge of £6 for the whole order. This charge is the delivery charge
for ordering in the style of your choice. Any additional cost for these t-shirts
would also be passed on.
Colours
As standard we have t-shirts available in white, red,
royal blue, navy blue, black, green, burgundy and yellow.
Other t-shirt colours are available but these will incur
an additional charge of £6 for the whole order. This charge is the delivery
charge for ordering in the colour of your choice.
Sizes
As standard we stock adult
t-shirts in the following sizes: S36, M40, L44, XL48 and XXL52 but we can
order in women's and children's sizes.
Vinyl transfer colours
The standard vinyl transfer colours available are: white,
red, black, green, blue, sky blue or yellow.
Other vinyl colours are available but these will incur an
additional charge of £6 for the whole order. This charge is the delivery charge
for ordering in the colour of your choice.
Delivery charges
The above prices include UK delivery with
insurance. We
will ship outside the UK but the additional cost will be passed onto you.
VAT
We are not registered for VAT.
Prices
For vinyl transfer printing with more than one colour
please add an additional £1 per colour per shirt.
