We need to point out to
you that all of the designs on this site have been produced by ourselves.
None of the designs are official or endorsed by any of the clubs or
individuals featured and we do not imply in any way that they are. WE ARE
OFFICIALLY 100% UNOFFICIAL.
Please also be aware that all profits from the sale of the tees go into my
pocket.
Payment methods
We accept all major credit cards through PayPal
or cheques/post orders for UK orders made payable to Ross Tyler.
All online Credit Card payments are processed by PayPal using the latest
encryption facilities. It is PayPal who actually processes your payment and then
sends the details of the order to us. Your credit card details are handled by
PayPal ONLY. We DO NOT see the credit card details for your order. Please note
that you do not have to be a registered PayPal user to pay by credit card.
This all goes to ensure your peace of mind when making a credit card payment
online.
Making a purchase
The t-shirts stall can be
accessed through the 't kiosk' option on the home page. Click on the category you want and the
relevant teams will be displayed. Click on the
team name and you are taken to their page. Select the size, colour and
quantity of the design you want to buy, click on the Add To Cart button and
the item will be added to your shopping cart.
You may check the contents of your cart at any
time by clicking on the 'View Cart' button. After you have finished your
selections, click on the 'Checkout' button and you will be asked for a few
details that we need to be able to process your order.
Shipping charges
At checkout you can choose whether you want 1st
or 2nd class postage. In addition to this there is a fixed handling charge of
£1.45 which will be the same whether you place a £10 order or a £50 order.
Delivery timescales
We will deliver your order as quickly as
possible after your payment has cleared. This would normally be the next day
however as we print orders to demand we may have to order in your tee size.
If this is the case the delivery may take up to 4-5 days longer. Also if you
pay by personal cheque please expect delivery to take up to 7 days longer as
we will wait until your cheque had cleared.
Returns policy
If the product you
receive is damaged or faulty and you return it to us within 30 days of
receiving it we will either replace it or offer you a refund.
Please take the time to make sure that you select the correct tee size when
ordering as certain styles of tee have different sizes. Paying attention to
this will prevent unecessary returns.
If you return a tee because it's the wrong size and want an exchange we will
need to charge you for the P&P costs.
Privacy policy
We do not disclose buyers' information to
third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the
contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store
delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if
you select the 'Remember Me' Option.
Data collected by this site is used to:
- Take and fulfill customer orders
- Administer and enhance the site and
service
- Monitor customer account status beyond
that required for individual purchases
- Only disclose information to third-parties
for goods delivery purposes
